Who Should Apply?
We’re looking for upcoming university graduates and early career professionals with a passion for engineering, operations, and a desire to make an impact. If you’re curious, driven, and ready to tackle new challenges, this program is your gateway to an exciting and rewarding career.
What to expect during the interview process:
- Campus Visits and Application: From September to October, Copeland representatives will be attending university career fairs and looking for top talent to join this program. If you're interested, you can also apply directly through our job posting. After you apply, you will have an initial conversation with a member of our Early Career Talent Acquisition team. This discussion will allow us to learn more about your experiences, interests, and knowledge, and provide you with more details about this exciting rotational opportunity!
- Engineering or Operations Interview: The next step is a conversation with a leader from our engineering or operations teams. The interview will focus on your education, skills, and career aspirations. We will also share more insight into what to expect being a part of the Copeland team, including potential roles and locations you could be placed in.
- On-Site Final Interview: Final candidates will be invited to our Sidney, Ohio location for an in-person interview in early October. You will meet with leaders of our businesses, engineering, and operations functions. The interview will consist of two parts: a conversation about our Leadership Behaviors, and a case study where you will have the chance to present your recommendations, ideas, and findings to a panel of senior leaders.
- Offer Timeline: We anticipate extending offers shortly after these interviews conclude with a targeted start date of June 2025.
